Restaurant owners are considered ALEVO platform clients.
Restaurant guests and consumers interacting with AI systems, reservation systems, SMS campaigns, websites, or automated communications powered by ALEVO are considered end users or restaurant customers.
2. Privacy Policy (Restaurant Owners & Customers)
ALEVO may collect and process operational, business, and customer-related information in connection with providing services. Information may include:

- Platform downtime

- Carrier delivery failures
- Internet outages
- Restaurant operational misuse
- Customer consent violations by restaurant operators
Restaurant owners remain responsible for their internal business operations, customer consent collection, and lawful marketing practices.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
